Why Transform

A blemishless Reputation is no longer elusive and intangible to companies. The journey to a Reputed state must be carried out not with an aim to outdoing competitors but with wanting to better oneself.

Organizations, in their pursuit of building a Reputation, often end up working on total quality management, reengineering, rightsizing, restructuring, cultural change and turnaround. The key to building a Reputation, on the other hand, is, to be seen in the right perspective by various stakeholders. Companies must first ensure that there is no perception-reality gap. In order to do this, many times, all it requires is to transform the way we think and work. Which is to make fundamental changes in how business is conducted keeping in mind a new, more challenging, Reputation Goal.

Transformation is painful__like all change. However, unless we put ourselves through this excruciating change experience, we will not be able to change what others perceive us to be. People must see us as doing things differently from what we did earlier. Every Reputation-building exercise is often accompanied by the need to change and this involves everyone within the organization; not just the top-management.

This then is the time for Transformation. Transform to an exalted Reputation!
