Our approach is scientific and the methodology innovative. At the core of our TrM® (Total Reputation Management) Program is a simple formula:

An imagequity+TM intervention enhances the Quality of Internal Experience in our client organizations_adding a breath of minty fresh air. Our approach is tailored for each client and is a combination of analyzing current reality__understanding through interviews, surveys and focus groups, defining a Reputation Goal and a desired state (at a Reputation Strategy Workshop, RSWTM), and plotting the course of the journey to an exalted Reputation (using a Reputation Strategy Blueprint RSBTM). All our our proprietary products (RepVal®, RSWTM, RSBTM , Vision FestivalTM, Do Good TM and BONZERTM ) are employed in course of the Program and on a need basis. The activities we administer are aimed at positively influencing the perceptions of all stakeholders* (*-vendors, employees, customers, community, shareholders, government, funding sources, and competitors) of an organization, thus impacting its Reputation.
