BONZERTM Philosophy
Awaken to a whole new world of possibilities and opportunities.
BONZERTM is Australian for an ‘excellent, wonderful human being’. The term has been made famous by Sir Don Bradman who called Sachin Tendulkar a BONZERTM during their meeting in August 1998.
At imagequity+TM, we believe that in these stress-filled days _ managers are but running a meaningless rat race, not quite realizing that at the end of the race, they still remain rats. The BONZERTM Program leads today’s managers to realize a sense of purpose, a sense of humor and add more sunshine and cheer in their lives. It is a very down-to-earth initiative aimed at blending success and happiness. Often, people do not realize that success is getting what you want and happiness is wanting what you get. They critically, and dangerously so, swap the definitions.
As a Program its contents are simple. We do not preach. We do not sermonize. We chat up. We wake our audiences up to a new life.
BONZERTM encourages to promote trust among colleagues and to trust their organizations. It tells them to stop cribbing and discover the potential within to empower themselves. We want to inspire a pride __for being themselves and for what they do and for the organization __in them.
BONZERTM is not a one-off initiative. It is an on-going Program, with aggressive follow-ups and an effective two-way communication stream written in.
BONZERTM also packs in a lot of fun at work. We don’t really believe that we are training people. We are encouraging folks to journey with a song in the heart.
The BONZERTM Program is aimed at making each one of us a BONZERTM. And as more and more people in your organization turn BONZERTM s you will find a whiff of freshness wafting in. A refreshing difference.
